About our founding partner


I'm Kevin, and I've been on every side of the SaaS financing table. I started my career in investment banking at J.P. Morgan, learned how Wall Street values companies, and quickly realized I wanted to be on the other side.

I spent years leading finance at venture-backed SaaS startups, including at Yext through its IPO, and various startups from seed to Series B. I know how to avoid overengineering financial infrastructure, ensuring systems are powerful yet usable, so that founders are actually able to keep a pulse on what's going on.

Today, I'm an active VC with a portfolio of over 30 startups. I've seen hundreds of financial models, ranging from very good to huge red flags, and started this service because too many talented founders waste time wrestling with spreadsheets or wrangling old-school CFOs who don't understand today's tech.
